We are very pleased with our Coast hot tub. Gerry was wonderful to deal with. The installation went very smoothly and Chelsea was very helpful with teaching about how to use the hottub and how to use the chemicals!!

I had an issue with my spa and the staff was very helpful. I ordered and got parts during covid. I had another issue and they took care of me. Would recommend Lakeside in a minute.

I purchased a hot tub from Lakeside almost 5 years ago. I called with an issue relating to a cracked cover on a diverter which was now spewing water every time pump 2 started. Cole came over right after work the same day with a replacement part he took from one of the other tubs as the part was going to take 2 weeks to arrive. The service blew me away, and on top of that, there was no charge. He said this was going to be a warranty item and he would look after it. If Google would allow me to give Lakeside 6 stars out of 5, I would. I am very happy we choose to purchase from them.

We purchased a Coast Swim Spa and despite manufacturing delays, Lakeside was excellent and professional to deal with and kept us well informed along the way.. They have delivered on everything we expected. Gerry is a person of integrity and Chelsea is very knowledgeable, personable and helpful. The Spa was recently delivered and we totally enjoy it, it appears to be of the highest quality and is easy to use, particularly after the orientation Chelsea provided. I would highly recommend Lakeside Pools to anyone, and already have.

I highly recommend Lakeside Pools and Spas. We had been looking for steps for our swim spa for months due to the shortages because of COVID. I finally came across Lakeside Pools and they were able to order and deliver our steps in no time. We received the steps earlier than expected…they are great quality and from a Canadian company, Coastal Spas. Very happy with the service we received from Lakeside Pools, specifically, Cole, who was extremely helpful, answered all my questions and was very responsive. Thanks Cole!

Lakeside is a Local business with Old Fashion Customer service. Can't say enough !!...Gerry, our salesman , was Professional & Honest about cost & delivery. We received our Coastal Spa & love it!! We have 3 adult children with partners & they all commented on how spacious the Spa was. Thank you to all staff who installed the Spa & Chelsea who gave me instructions on maintaining the Spa.
